SWITCH TO ELEVEN is a consulting studio that strives for the implementation of agility in a strategic way. We help organizations reshape the way they work, in order to support teams in achieving their best performance through self-management.

Our approach is a combination of Design Thinking, RenDanHeyi, Semco Style and other methodologies combined with Corporate Rebel knowledge and many personal and practical experiences.

Where does the name come from?

This is Spinal Tap is a mockumentary about one of England’s loudest bands.
So, let us explain what we do in This is Spinal Tap way.
